First they asked a very basic SQL question, mine was how would I find the number of records in a table, no WHERE conditions just a simple COUNT(*). Second they want you to see how you'd use their proprietary software to propose a process change for improvement of some metric. They wanted to see how I'd use the software to improve patient arrival rate at a doctor's office. Review the materials they give you in advance and find available info online about their product before the 2nd stage interview so you understand how it works!
