1,700 transformer design engineer interview questions shared by candidates

They asked me the exact same questions I had answered on the online form. So quite a pointless interview in my opinion. I was asked about my notice period - 3 months is pretty standard in the UK and was told immediately that it was too much and not good enough (as if this was my decision). I was asked if I needed a working visa and I said no. Which I was questioned how as an EU person could leave the UK without a visa. So I explained that it wasn't needed and had been given a settled status. The HR recruiter keep asking what visa was that then and I kept answering this wasn't a visa but a settled status. Pretty odd as an HR person to not know this. I have since then, followed up with an email and did not hear back. So lack of consideration for the candidate and rudeness is what I will forever remember from Capgemini HR team.
