We were asked to do role playing in front of the whole group. We had to be a teller and sell a product to our "customer."
The most difficult question I had was during the group interview when I was asked how to respond to a yelling, difficult customer who refused to leave. The hiring manager acted as the customer in a role playing situation - it was very real and quite out of the ordinary. (I see now its importance in the job).
"Tell me of a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you solved it. What were the outcomes?"
Nothing much but regular behavioral questions. And be prepared to answer questions about how you want to prepare your future.
Tell me about yourself? A time when you went above and beyond for a customer ?Situation when you handled an irate customer ?A time when you couldn't handle an irate customer?
How do you think sales/referrals and customer service go hand in hand?
Nothing really out of the ordinary, just your standard interview process.
it was all general questions
The role playing part was the only part in which you have to think a bit. Its manageable though.
