There was 2, 30 minute interviews, one case and one behavioral. The case was pretty straightforward and they just wanted to make sure you had the right line of thinking when it came to employee turnover, automation, etc. The behavioral questions was team based and soft skill focused. They wanted to make sure you can work well with others as well as adapt to changing circumstances.

Vid Interview: Why GSK, why this role, describe a scenario when you led a group of people, describe a scenario when you had to work with a new group of people. Interview day: Interview- Why a grad program? Describe a time when you experienced failure. Describe a time when you had to make an unpopular decision. Role-play: Was a manager that had to figure out why an employee was missing deadlines- then had to help her get back on track. Presentation: Had 1 hour to prepare a pitch for a new product launch, then had 15 mins to present. Group Exercise: First one was working with the group to launch a new CSR program, second one was working with a group to figure out why the new product launch was not working according to plan.
