None of it was difficult or unexpected for me.
There really weren't any difficult or unexpected questions in the phone interview, but you should make sure you have good questions to ask them!
Very detailed 'what would you do?' case scenario questions using Epic internal language that seemed to be looking for a specific answer, but the interviewer would not answer any questions for background info or context.
