Not many, just conversations. Seemed really subjective vs objective. Also, given time spent to interview, seems like a call would have been the least they could do for best candidate experience. I received an email politely declining from someone I had never even talked to during the entire process. Seems like a company with a lot of potential, but their recruiting process and framework could be improved dramatically to attract talent. Especially if team said they are competing with a lot of the big players. Looking at folks that used to work for the company, the tenure seems very short including engineers and recruiting function. I supposed that should have been a red flag to begin with.
