Experience-based questions and what I might be able to bring to the table for the job to help support their team. Felt they were very tuned-in and very easy to talk to.
The assessment overall, as well as what I felt were fairly irrelevant questions. This company is primarily made up of Insurance Professionals, and the interview process is likely different for them. When I was there, the entry-level recruiters were helping to identify insurance professionals, and this was probably not the smartest thing as - at least for me - I didn't know what to look for in the resume of the various Insurance professional, and I imagine others probably didn't either. I think this is probably not happening anymore.
