They just asked basic questions regarding recruiting, experience, company profile and current contracts and goals. Pretty basic overall process. They needed to hire someone with experience. I expected something similar to come my way. Overall it was a 30-minute lunch interview and another 30-minute meeting next week prior to the offer coming. I needed the job so I took it due to the salary and expectations test test test test test. this is the worst part of this system!
They w very simple questions, nothing tough really just doing a résumé and skills review.
What are some ways that you manage multiple priorities?
They asked the simple resume review questions and some behavioral as well.
Be prepared as you would with any interview on how to describe yourself, why you feel you're a fit, behavioral Q's, etc.
