It doesn't matter, because they have already decided who to hire before the interviews were held. In my case, they waited two weeks for an interview candidate, who missed interview day, to return from out of the country so they could hire that individual even though they were not as well qualified.

There were two supervisors at the interview and they had three pages of interview questions. I think there were nine questions on each page and they took turns asking me each question and writing down my answer. Some questions were very easy (for example: List the names of all computer technology I have used in the past and what is my proficiency level using each.) to questions that either focused on my past experience (for example: have you ever interviewed a person or have you ever given a presentation and provide a detail description.) to questions analyzing my behavior (for example: have you worked with a co-worker that wasn't pulling their weight and what did I do about it or tell me about how you handle conflict on the job.
