The first round was mostly "Tell me a time when..." But was also very conversational and laid back. Tell me a time you led a project. What is your story? What are your career goals? Name a time you worked in a bad group and tell me how you handled it.
(Product Focus) With personal process often comes strong convictions. Explain for me how you know you're doing the right thing and how you defend your convictions.
Our turnover rate is quite high, how would you manage to keep yourself in this position should you'd be accepted?
Most questions were situational (e.g. tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult partner or risked missing a deadline) and clearly related to the position I was interviewing for. I also had plenty of time to ask questions and get to know the team.
