How I would implement a new CRM solution.
presentation to the CEO was limited to 5 minutes, where you had to cover different solutions, push for a solution that you would recommend and reason why (ROI, usability, cost, time), explain the cons and how you would overcome them, and then give a proposed schedule for the implementation. Ran out of time and the feedback said that I was lacking on the ROI and other financial suggestions but since i was going for a technical role, they understood that I would have a more software engineering view so it was fine.
