Questions were fairly straight forward, mostly related to previous projects, how did I handle issues or failures, what were my accomplishments, how did I manage communications and balancing business needs, etc. There were other more technical questions related to software architecture
How would you design a messaging app? The whole client/server architecture at a block diagram level, peppered with questions about specific protocols, etc.
