The only "difficult" questions I encountered were behavioral questions about experiences I had which were relevant to the position I was interviewing for. I would say that anyone should be ready to answer these questions anyways :)
How do you measure each engineer's capacity for a sprint?
Believe it or not, they asked me to list the three books I had read most recently and then asked why I chose them and what I'd learned (or enjoyed) about them.
