Hiring Manager interview was very conversational, she eleborated on the role, the company and answered all my questions for both phone and in-person interviews. Meeting the team/directors the interview was conversational and included a couple of your standard behavioral questions. I met with two Directors at the same time and initially I was intimidated by the process but they were really great, down to earth gentlemen.
How did you get to the interview? Drive or take the metro?
Panel type questions, couldn't even take these guys questions serious.

Mostly about yourself and how you fit in to their organsisation
