Pre interview test with series of questions...very basic but intelligently organized to cross check stability. Once you clear, personal interview. If you clear that then aptitude test again with mix of basic and complex questions. If you cross 70% then 99% you are through but again followed by a final round. Last HR round for salary discussions.
