My experience
In first F2F, manager asked some technical questions and he asked me for salary expectations. I told him at least 30% from my current CTC. But he said he can offer me only 25% raised. In next F2F round director asked me about some 3rd party tools (which was not mentioned in JD) which they are using for their project.
