2 interviews, pretty easy questions took a tour of the facilities. Overall very pleasant experience. Interviewed with Managers first then with the whole team. Pretty straight forward for this kind of position
The interview questions vary base on the interviewers, I got questions that did not relate to my position.
Examples of how I dealt with suppliers in the past (especially when their quality performance was very low)
Explain yourself. Explain your experience. Explain your experience with the specific example. Why Apple should hire you? and so on.
Describe a situation with a difficult supplier that you were ultimately able to resolve.
Technical questions were related QMS, Problem solving, PFMEAs, APQP etc. Behavioral questions were mainly regarding how to influence team members and other stake holders.
All interview questions were of the kind “What would you do if…” or “Tell us about a time when…”

1st interview with HR with typical questions. (Why do you want to apply to Magna, brief descriptions on current experience, etc) 2nd interview with Managers, (Questions: How do you solve a problem, activities in day to day, an example on how did you solved a problem under pressure, example of improvement plant, ) then in the 3rd call they call me to inform I was select for the position.
