Mostly behavioral. Asked if I had experience calendaring, my comfort level in working with large personalities. Questions were less pointed and more conversational than in most other interviews. Asked what experience I have in organizing office events, travel, budgets, etc. Fairly standard.

None really. If you know what you are doing its fairly easy. If you don't just be honest that you want to learn, they do not expect you to be a professional photographer!

If I would be able to manage both artists and the client.
