The most challenging set of questions asked were not about my skills or experience but about my management and communication style. These are excellent questions that depending on the way one might answer them, reveals ones process for collaboration and team growth.

They asked me what I was interested in doing for work and whether or not I wanted full-time work.
What are your weaknesses?
So...why now have you decided that you are ready to "go back to work"?
What projects did you achieve that showed you ability to be a good team player ?
Why culture / Why are you interested culture?
Why did you choose your major in college? How would your former boss rate you and why?
How can you make the big idea successful? What would be your steps?
