Behavioral questions were all the standard ones that you get for an EM. I don't recall the specific questions, but they asked questions to make sure that you can have a difficult conversation with employees

They asked about a time I had to coach and manage someone who was not performing well. How did I coach them, what was the result, and, if I had to manage them out, how did I handle that.

In addition to standard questions, I received a couple written case studies where I was asked to give my thoughts on how to proceed. Another person asked me for feedback on their team structure. Interesting questions, but fairly unusual.
