The technical content of the interview itself was challenging but reasonable for the role. However, the most difficult part was not the questions themselves, but the manner in which they were asked. The interviewer’s style felt more like cross-examination by a lawyer than a professional discussion. His tone was highly intimidating, at times even sarcastic, and seemed focused on making the candidate fail rather than encouraging or motivating clear responses. This approach created unnecessary stress and distracted from what could have been a fair evaluation of my skills and experience.
