I interviewed awhile ago but they ask basic questions about what coffee means to you, why starbucks, how you handle situations, etc. Very basic questions to my memory.
Tell me about a time where you took control over a shift.
describe a time you failed to provide a legendary customer service?
All questions are pretty standard psych questions. Even with the question of "What is your biggest fault" always answer honestly, but add a positive spin to it. Example answer might be that you talk too much, but can use that as an added bonus that your customer service is excellent because of your social ability.

What was a time there was a problem you resolved, and how did you resolve it?
