The questions which ask "Give us 5 examples of..." are the most difficult. Don't say things like "I'm a people person" or "I'm very flexible" or "I'm very organized". Everybody says that. Find 5 things that are very unique to you and still fit with the position you want.
The questions were pretty normal. Unexpected were the exams, I took 3 exams through the process.
Nothing difficult or unexpected. I did my homework on the department, their mission, their most recent projects and the employees that work there.
Did not really ask many questions, asked average interview questions, tell me about yourself, and your experiences, etc.
