"I am looking for somebody who fits in." "What clubs or organizations do you belong to?" "What does your father do for a living?" "Hiring the right employee is just a chemistry thing with me." "Why did you wear those shoes?" "Your shoes look really uncomfortable." "Why should I hire you?" Interviewer only asked personal irrelevant questions. Interviewer did not ask a single professional or skill related question. When interviewer asked me, "Are your parents alive?, I was still standing in the doorway and had not yet entered the room. (It was the interviewer's first question immediately after stating my name.) Interviewer was far closer in age to my mother than she was to me. Interviewer's question divulged her intrusive interest in my financial status, political affiliations, and age. Interviewer delighted in sadistically making interviewee uncomfortable.
