How many program you are managing? Why these are critical? What is the toughest thing to handle in this role? Who do the estimation?
The questions were focused on my ability to navigate various stakeholder groups and dealing with ambiguity. It also focused on how to deal with different personalities and how to work across different functions and teams with competing priorities.
I don't find any question difficult. they were asking good questions. If you had studied well, then u can easily do it.
