The recruiter interview is was mostly "tell me about your self" and "tell me about your past roles" The personality test asks you to stack rank your replies to various "what would you do in this situation?" where they give you 5 potential answers and you rank them best to worst. For the Hiring Manager interview they have 3-4 standard "Tell me about a time where..." type behavioral questions.
All typical 1960's questions, tell me about yourself, tell me about your last job, what was your role, examples of what you did ect...
Part 1, review of my background from resume and factsheet, they engaged about past 3 positions, focused primarily on software co role and ceo experiences, how these could be of value.
They asked very typical interview questions: why do you want the role, what do know about their operations, how do you handle situations...one portion that stood out to me was solving 2 brain teasers. They were used to practice critical thinking skills under pressure.

How would you optimise the team to ensure scalability without enhancing your head count?
The interviewers generally looked to my current job as a proxy for what I could do at Akamai - and asked questions about how I dealt with specific situations. They tested my technical skills in areas relevant to Akamai. They also threw in some case studies, asked me to diagram things on a whiteboard - they also asked questions that indicated they were looking for a capability fit AND a cultural fit.
