All of my interviews were behavioral. All of them were focused on Amazon's Leaderships principles. You've got to know these principles inside out, and have multiple examples for each ( I personally had 4 -5 examples for each leadership principle).

Mention 3 things you would change in Amazon and why
Q: We already gave this job to someone else. Would you like to be considered for a different position with a lower paying step-down role from what you're currently doing? We already offered that job to someone else.
They tend to ask STAR questions along the line of "Tell me about a time where you disagreed with your leadership. What did you do, what was the outcome, etc."
how will you stop a dos attack?
Behavioral. Very little about the role, gaps firm is facing, and why the candidate thinks he/she is a good fit.
they tried to get me to take a lesser job for a lot less money, same duties, long hours
Convince me quickly, I am leaving in 5 minutes why we should hire you?
