Barely asked me any questions, just talked a lot about how "everyone else is already doing their practical assignments." Did not give a clear explanation of the company or the role. Overall the tone felt strangely patronizing. Really got a negative impression of this company.
How do you handle churn?
They were very standard localization PM situation questions: conflict resolution, time management, resourcing etc.
What are your salary expectation?
Excel related question.
Not a lot of difficult questions. Questions about what the job I was applying for would entail exactly and what I thought I would be doing during a workday, were somewhat tricky.
What was the hardest job you've ever worked on?
Basic questions, but got ghosted for weeks after.
Standard questions: What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? What is your current salary? (This question is banned in NYS.)
