1st round: Basic technical round where they probed you on Big data stack, internals, design patterns, and performance optimization questions (30 mins) 2nd round: Similar to 1st round, but small snippets of codes were asked. Again 30-35 mins round 3rd Round: Head of department or someone from higherups gets in touch with you, asks about your aspirations, reasons for switching jobs, and other relevant questions. You can also ask them questions regarding the company, culture, vision, etc. It was 40 mins round with two way interaction 4th round: This was the final round. Even though it was mentioned that the job offer is not dependent on client round feedback, still they were keen to get this round cleared as well before you could be given an offer. It was 1 hour round, a bit weird as the questions were not very relevant to the tech stack I have worked on but on the interviewer's skillset. Anyways it was nice and I was able to clear that as well
