Difficult: Wanted detailed knowledge of other organizations practices. Unexpected: Unprofessional. Received generic group email rejection nearly two months after interview about closed job status (after email inquiry one month post-interview regarding decision timeline, with no reply).
Apparently there is a test where you have to keep up with emails, I didnt have to take it, it was implemented well after I had started.

The interview was one of the easier ones overall. Be prepared to discuss any personal trading experience or demonstrate knowledge of finance and you will likely receive an offer. Expect to be asked basic personality questions. Also, they will ask how long you expect it to take to complete the series 7
Pretty straight forward questions. nothing really hard. "how do you deal with difficult people?"
