First interview was general interview style questions regarding Scrum and Agile. Second onsite interview was a complete curve ball with very complex particle example. All discussion and job description had been about the role being focused on one team, however, the case study provided was more inline with a project management/product owner role. It was very confusing and I believe they struggled to fill the role for a while as other candidates struggled with this "ambush" style interviewing

It was a nice conversation with the typical interview questions. Self presentation, what do you know about the company, then 3 questions regarding what would you do in a certain situation. 1- What would you do in a conflict between 2 team members. 2- How would you proceed in case the team has a huge amount of tasks to complete and a short amount of time.

The interviews were pretty easy and very generic questions like my experience, roles and responsibilities, 3 must have qualities in a Scrum Master, Challenges/Conflicts in a team, Scenario where you did something great that helped the team
