Do to the lack of respect of the interview, I asked what was the turn over rate within the company

Interviews both started with 'walk me through your resume.' Ended with 'give me one very short example of how you took a negative sales situation and turned it into a positive one.'
Questions revolved around my previous experience and my skills in handling sales situations.
