Peer interviews, asking about co-worker problems and how to handle. They also seemed a little more interested in talking to each other, perhaps they were not experienced interviewing. The interview took place in an office the size of a closet, with no table or desk and everyone had to balance their materials on their laps whilst sitting on stools. It was not an atmosphere where anyone was comfortable.

There are only a few questions and they are all "tell me about a time when..." and "how did you respond?" type questions. Very basic, very easy.
