En la primera fase fue acerca de mis anteriores empleos y mis funciones, los retos que pase y como los resolví ademas de saber mis aptitudes y habilidades. En la segunda fase fueron preguntas parecidas a la primera, incluyo preguntas de que me gusta hacer, como visualizo mi futuro, que me gusto de la empresa. La tercera fase fue un poco mas complicado ya que me pregunto mas a detalle de mis anteriores trabajos ademas de hacerme una evaluación en mi habilidad comunicativa
