Usually standard questions except the fact that there was a section in the written interview where they ask about your high school(???) achievements and grades. Overall terrible experience mainly due to the length. Answering questions on the written interview took ca. 3 hours - very bizarre format. Beware of companies who post their job ad and tag virtually every city in the world, just so they can offer subpar compensation and benefits to a large talent pool. I was *immediately* disregarded for the position right before the HR interview, just by asking questions via email about compensation and raising concerns about the interview length and residency status given that the company operates remotely worldwide. I felt that my time was wasted and wanted to clarify a few things before going deeper in the process. The hiring lead came off as quite rude.
