The design challenge was greatly defined, and easy to understand with all the needed information. They also pointed out that they do not wish the candidates to take more than one hour for preparation of the design challenge. Which indeed was quite enough time for this type of challenge. During my presentation, they showed interest in the process by asking questions and giving feedback. The last interview “cultural fit” was not the technical type but more personality and fit within team. During this interview I had a chance to see and hear how they function also had a chance to ask lots of questions about what is it like to work there.
