There were 2.5 rounds of interviews, not including the screening with the recruiter. The first round was a 1-1 interview with the hiring manager. It is a get-to-know each other session. The second round was a bring home design challenge. The challenge was quite interesting as it has nothing to do with the company. This was followed by a presentation to the hiring team. Lastly, I requested for a coffee chat with the hiring manager. This casual session was to help both parties know each other better.
