How would you handle the conflict with another staff member? What if the guest comes to you and complains about the breakfast being not up to the standard, how would you handle it?
I was asked about my previous sales and hotel experience. I needed evening shifts so that I could attend my classes and that worked for them. I was also asked about how I work under pressure and what call center experience I had in the past. She asked for specific stories on customer service and making guests happy.

How would you deal a customer that is a bit more rude and angry? Would you be able to move on to a customer right after a rude customer? What is your definition for being late?
