Second round was coding.. We need to implement hashing data structure.. they have given skelton of each function and we need to complete it.. Only 2 were able to crack this round.. Third round was face-to-face and most of the questions were related to memory..Only one was offered..

There were not difficult questions. All of them were expected. It was difficult to hold a discussion when they were clearly lying. I think they did not realized that a number of the documents are public and available and a prepared candidate would have read them. That made the questions odd.
Have you had experience in designing and executing research projects? Have you also taken on the technical leadership of design teams?
