They gave me the scenario the IT Systems was facing and asked me what i thought were the possible reasons of the systems failings, and what i can possibly do to fix their problems and save them from facing heavy penalties
The question related to the accounting, one item which will reflect in the balance sheet but which will not reflect in the Profit and loss account
For the first interview with the HR, they ask you basic questions to see whether your application was sincere and then the test part asks you how you'd approach when assessing the energy market. With senior managers they will ask you how you tackled the test so perhaps better to remember how you did those questions. Unless it's specifically defined in the job description, they may put you in random commodity thus they will ask you whether you'd like to cover X commodity and if not why so. More technical questions with the line manager.
