Pretty standard interview questions. Essentially just asked questions about my resume, past experiences, interests. No one I talked to seemed particularly enthusiastic about the projects or company, which worried me slightly, but the projects themselves sounded very interesting. The design test started with a Skype session where an engineer used props to outline an engineering problem related to the medical device industry. I was given 24hours to come up with a solution to the problem (essentially design a device to carry out the assigned task). It was very open ended as far as what you submit.
