They don't ask tricky questions, all the questions are straight forward that you should be able to answer. In terms of difficulty I would say that they don't want to see if you can figure out riddles, instead they are concerned with how you will fit in their company.
The feedback given after three round of interviews is that your profile differs from what company want. I mean just tell in the beginning and dont waste further time of you and me. Third round of skype was very bossy and arrogant which reflected the company culture to me.
