Only two types of questions: 1) Questions with a given thesis or suggesting a preferred answer, e.g. Will not you negotiate?, not allowing a candidate to give an answer other than either yes or no. 2) Questions constructed to follow a preferred behavior, e.g. Can you give me one challenge and one benefit of a team work?, not allowing a candidate to express individual professional emotions and individual strategy to work.

Most of the questions are easy if your well prepared, but in final round you'll be asked some questions regarding education. You just need to be confident and spontaneous when answering them.
