Some basic leadership question that I can't really remember, but it stumped me. Really weird question.
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with your teammate, how did you go forward with it?

The most difficult question was- tell us about a difficult situation you have encountered at work in the past and about how you handled it.
Unfortunately, I can't recall. Nothing stands out a year later- I don't believe there was anything particularly tricky. Just your standard "tell me a time when" questions: have situations prepared.
They asked me about my excel skills and whether I could use pivot charts.
