Why do you want this position?
The interview focused on several key areas: my research background and future directions, my teaching experience and philosophy, and how I would integrate into the department and contribute to its academic mission.
Subject specific questions related to my research, very easy. Eg. how you calculate a particular value to describe a chemical process.
What is so surprising about your findings?!
I told them that I had another offer and needed time to decide and they ask me the other company's name.
