Lots of 'tell me about a time'/'what would you do differently today questions that are a mimic of the AWS Leadership Principles process - look those up and you'll get a pretty good preview of what you're going to be asked. All of these processes are supposedly reducing bias, but all they're doing is reinforcing their bias under the guise of de-risking. I guess if AWS floats your boat, Twilio might as well - as they're using the same process, they seem to be happy to hire for the same sort of bias that AWS does.
