Asked how in the past, I have dealt with employees that were a detriment to the organization. Not exactly phrased this way, but the intent was the same. The rest of the questions were routine as well. The problem was that after the interview, there was absolutely no communication. After sending a "thank you for the interview" note following the meeting, I waited another week and a half before contacting them again to ask if the position had been filled. No response. I reached out again, this time leaving a voice mail and an email, both directed to the original interviewer. Never heard from them. Very unprofessional.
