There are 2 standard questions asked: 1. A math problem - what is 25.9% of 440? (a percentage problem) 2. A creative problem - If you are a pizza delivery person and you had a pair of scissors, how would you use it? My 2 cents on these questions: Before the first round of interview with HR, I had to clear a rather difficult SHL test, which tested my logical, analytical and numerical abilities. I do not understand why I was asked a math problem again in the interview. I also do not understand how one question can determine if I am creative or not.
I got calendar invitation from the HR about the timing..just at the exact time of interview i got a call from the interviewer asking me to reschedule the interview.Later she took the interview and took break during the interview, disturbing the entire process.At the end of every question she says " I got it, i got it." not sure why she is repeating the same sentence again and again..The interviewer lacks basic knowledge with worst communication skill.She has little to no patience in taking the interview.It seems she just want to get her job done. Interview question: What is AWR report ? What is corellation ? What is spike testing ? Some question related to Jenkins seems like she is looking for solution from me.
