The biggest piece was the exercise and building a campaign strategy. Looking back it felt like they were looking for fresh ideas for free after bringing everything in-house, but didn’t actually want to hire talent to execute it.
No question was difficult, but they did throw some multiple choice questions which I had to prioritize answers by importance and logic.
