The questions had a wide range. In my face to face meetings with the local team, I was asked more about my previous experience in the industry, past projects, technical expertise and some more broad cultural fit questions (i.e. hobbies, interests, career goals). The Skype interviews featured more traditional interview questions around examples of particular qualities and some questions around career decisions and previous company movement.
The interviewer had not properly go through my CV. The questions were not relevant to my experience and skills. The type of questions were highly biased by their internal processes, which is not a good way to assess someone's skills, when the person has no idea of internal process and work routines. In addition to that I never received a proper feedback on my case study.
